“Osteoporosis in Depth: Recommendations & New Perspectives”
Open to all Pilates and movement instructors, physical therapists and trainers.  Learn why Osteoporosis is known as a 'silent disease' and how it affects more than half of all women over age 50 and even one-quarter of men. Learn exercises to avoid, ones to modify and new ideas to strengthen and challenge. This course is unique in that it is taught by someone with personal experience with the condition. Familiarity of Pilates equipment is recommended but not required.
