Pilates for Buff Bones™ is a unique, Pilates-based workout that uses bone-strengthening techniques while focusing on alignment and balance. Since it targets the rear-side of the body, the butt, hips, arms and back get a terrific workout. This inclusive one-hour class is adaptable and challenging for people of all levels, and is also safe for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia.

Pilates for Buff Bones™ is currently offered in New York City:
