"This video is superbly organized, beautiful to watch and stands out among others that are similar in that all movement has been designed for both safety and therapeutic intent for people with osteoporosis. Especially important is the section where Rebekah explains the principles behind her routines. The movements target key areas of importance for strengthening for the bones and the DVD has been designed so that you can do part, or all, of the routines according to the time and energy you have available. Rebekah's own story is illuminating for anyone who thinks that the condition of osteoporosis is reserved for older people. Kudos to Rebekah for a job well done! This is the type of well-thought-out work that is much needed in the exercise field."
